Even though there is currently snow on the ground in Seattle I have my mind on Spring. We’ve been getting new spring merchandise weekly and will soon be in full Spring mode. So far we’ve received Volcom, RVCA, Vans, Toms and Quiksilver women’s spring shipments. We’ve even put our new Spring Volcom sandals on the floor, Hawaii anyone? Soon we’ll get Reef sandals and Roxy swim, so if you’re planning sunny/warm travels in the near future you should definitely pay us a visit! PLUS all of our snow product is currently on sale at a minimum of 15% off!

I love these new backpacks by Roxy. They’re great for school, travelling, or just toting around town. They’re also a bit more mature than your average backpack, which makes them great for all ages. The washed-down canvas material gives them a vintage, beachy feel.

The So Long backpack is available in a Sunkissed Pink stripe or a Black & White Print. The Move Over Backpack is available in Tarmac.

We just received our first shipment of swim for this coming spring! (Is is coming, right?)

Many of you are planning trips to warmer climates and SnoCon has you covered.

One of my personal favorites is the Volcom Stone Stud Triangle Top and the Stone Stud Soft Side Bottoms. The studs add a bit of street style to the simple black bikini, and the bottoms are so comfortable and flattering for any body type.

Another great option is the classic nautical inspired Volcom Time Lines Reversible Halter Top and Time Lines Reversible Full Bottoms. The options are almost endless with this combination. The top reverses to the blue print (seen on the bottoms), you can reverse both sides or just one. The bottom reverses to the solid blue, as well.

At last, it’s time for another Snowboard Connection Ladies’  Night! I’ve been collecting raffle prizes and this year’s raffle is shaping up to be above and beyond! If you haven’t been before you definitely need to come this year, and if you’ve been in the past then you know it’s always a great time and I’m sure we’ll see you there!
This year raffle tickets will be given for each $20 spent in-store that evening. We will have a store-wide sale, as well. ALSO, you can earn a raffle ticket for each healthy, nonperishable food item you donate to our Northwest Harvest food drive.

And, as usual, we will have tasty treats and drinks (champagne for those of you who are 21+), great music, free goodies, and a ton of cool ladies!

The blue skies are gone and clouds, rain, wind and more rain are in the forecast. I personally love fall and winter and everything that comes with the seasons. In Seattle we know all about layering, but sometimes we can get a little dowdy on the cold, wet days. Here’s an outfit inspired by the overcast dark days that adds a bit of pizazz to the sea of flannels and hoodies!
